Thinking about the people always is what service delivery is all about. The burden of meeting their needs and giving something extra, regardless of whether the extra attracts the pecuniary value to us is the whole idea behind satisfying you. At a time like this, our thoughts must be preoccupied with our customers.

Because we have opened our doors to the public, we have put ourselves in the place of being servants of same. This mindset helps us to focus on seeking what drives the people: fulfillment, money, values, learning or development.

As service providers in the knowledge industry, we must be passionate about the people and what makes them happy. We must always make certain to know why they are really following us.

Where did they meet us? What did we do when they first met us? Why did they decide to go with us? We must seek to sustain these things and pursue them relentlessly.

Progressively too, we must track their needs as they grow and see if there are any changes.

If their desires change, it is essential that we know. If we can keep up with their changing tastes, we do; and if we cannot, we find friends and partner firms who can and make referrals.

This helps us to grow others as we seek our own growth.

This thinking keeps us alert every time in the place of value. By this we keep the service chain connected.

"Mr Joseph Ayeni's book is a well researched compendium that addresses several, but salient subjects that can significantly enhance human dignity, success and fulfilment."
