Someone said, "I like it when you don't have to be careful about what you say. That's when you know you are with the right people."

Now, this is one of the things that happens when you are in the right circle. When you choose your own circle based on your natural inclination, you certainly attract the people you roll with based on the values you espouse, the ideas you manifest, and the service you render.

Those people who are wired the same way as you are wired, will find their way to you. The circle may be either large or small, but it would be a circle of like-minded persons. Members would subscribe to and share the same core values. Members accept each and one another for who they are. They understand that each person has its purpose in the circle.

It is of essence that you come to terms with the fact that the people in your clique may, from time to time, hold different views from you or you from them, but by and large the purpose for such differences is to further strengthen the body through refinement for fine details of those concepts that are of common interest to all. It is not for a negative purpose.

This is where we must understand the purpose of disagreement. This is where we learn how to appreciate people for their frankness and forthrightness to speak up about the way they feel about specific aspects of or every aspect of certain issues. It is great character earned through victory over the limiting forces in our nature and environment.

When we are in the right circle, there is synergy and concert of opinions. This leads to the alignment of resources to achieve common goals. When you work alone, it is virtue; but when you are able to work with others, it is a great virtue. It is a more excellent way. That is the way of collaboration. It comes at a price.

Independence precedes interdependence. We earn independence when we show that we have outgrown the nest and have been weaned from the breast. That is when we begin to do things ourselves. We walk this process till we get to the point of personal effectiveness. That is when we earn the value for which our services are sought.

We transit from one point to another. We transit from working alone to working with others. We get into a circle of like-minded persons working for a common cause. It is usually not easy arriving at such a place. It is an achievement that we attain through commitment and the consistency to stay on a course till we earn the prize.

Learning to harness diversity is an uncommon value. That is what leads us to be thorough and meticulous. During this process we are able to tell the strengths and weaknesses of each member and we are able to achieve better placement and use of resources. Through the concert of great minds, we are able to produce great products, great services and huge value. This only happens in an atmosphere of synergy.

One thing is sure though, with globalization, the atmosphere of the right circle is not restricted to the physical. Talent has long gone beyond physical borders. The world is constricted to a screen and you are able to find your own crowd through the values you have developed within and consistently shared. This is what attracts the people who become your tribe and community within larger communities. The values you espouse qualify you for the circle.

In the right cycle, value has ripple effects and spreads faster than when you are in the wrong one or when you work independently without the aid of synergy or collaboration. You struggle very hard but achieve very little. If we truly find the right people, we would definitely walk the path of teamwork where each person does their part for the purpose of the whole.

You have heard of birds of a feather flocking together, right? Those birds did not choose their feathers. Those birds were configured specially from within. The configuration gave them the like feathers they have. With those feathers and plumage, they flock. They live in accordance with certain communal rules that are not a burden for any one member of the community to bear. You understand why a bird would find food elsewhere and comes back to allofeed others? By this, the bond is further strengthened.

No tiger has the same stripes as another tiger; but every tiger knows the other when they see or meet each other, though they do not move in prides like lions. But what does it mean for a tiger to identify another tiger? They were first tigers within through the way they were configured, their stripes differentiation means nothing other than a mark of their uniqueness. Our uniqueness is the very thing that should work synergy for us, not otherwise.

Nature is our greatest teacher in many if not in all things. When nature is not altered, but accepted the way it is or explored for symbiotic living based on divine placement, we bloom, we blossom, we enjoy peace and then, we find uncommon fulfillment through communal living. We live devoid of suspicion. There lies our strength.
